BrandsCuts sells authentic, name-brand products at prices below typical retail. Order fulfillment and logistics for BrandsCuts are supported by DotShipX (dotshipx.com), an affiliated logistics and fulfillment operation.

You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, to create an account or place an order. Guest checkout is available for customers who prefer not to create an account.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account password and for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.

• We make reasonable efforts to display accurate product information, pricing, and images.
• Where a discount is shown, the crossed-out price reflects the original / reference price, and the displayed percentage reflects the discount off that reference price. Reference prices may be based on manufacturer suggested retail price or typical market pricing.
• Prices and availability are subject to change without notice.
• In the event of a pricing or listing error, we reserve the right to cancel or correct affected orders, and will notify you if this occurs.

• Orders may be placed as a registered customer or as a guest.
• Payment is processed securely through Stripe. By placing an order, you authorize us (via Stripe) to charge your chosen payment method for the order total, including applicable shipping and tax.
• We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for reasons including suspected fraud, unauthorized or illegal activity, or product unavailability.

• Same-day shipping: Orders placed before 2:00 PM Central Time (Dallas, Texas) on a business day typically ship the same day. Orders placed after 2:00 PM CT, or on weekends/holidays, ship the next business day.
• Delivery timeframes after shipment are estimates and not guaranteed. Risk of loss and title for products pass to you upon delivery to the carrier.
• Shipping and fulfillment may be carried out by our affiliated logistics partner, DotShipX.

We offer a 30-day return policy. Unless otherwise stated on the product page:

• You may request a return within 30 days of delivery for unused items in original packaging with tags attached (where applicable).
• To start a return, email [email protected] with your order number and reason for return. We will provide return instructions.
• Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method after we receive and inspect the returned item. Shipping charges are generally non-refundable unless the return is due to our error or a defective product.
• Certain items may be final sale (for example, personal-care items that have been opened, or products marked as final sale). Those items are not eligible for return.

Customers may submit reviews and ratings for products they have purchased or viewed. Reviews may be published upon submission. We reserve the right to remove reviews that are abusive, fraudulent, or violate applicable law.

All content on this site — including logos, product descriptions, and design — is the property of BrandsCuts or its licensors and may not be used without permission. Brand names and trademarks referenced on this site belong to their respective owners; BrandsCuts is an authorized reseller and is not affiliated with or endorsed by those brand owners unless explicitly stated.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, BrandsCuts is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the site or products purchased, beyond the amount paid for the applicable order.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the state in which BrandsCuts is registered to do business, without regard to conflict of law principles.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
